Chairman
Olufemi Kayode is an accomplished Senior Security Manager with 25+ years of experience securing over 2,000 locations across Africa and overseeing $500M in assets. Holds a Master’s in Security & Intelligence Studies, a Law degree, and multiple international certifications. Expert in physical and digital security, crisis response, and cross-cultural leadership across high-risk industries including telecom, oil & gas, and finance.

Vice Chairman
Tanwa Ashiru is a seasoned Security Risk Manager, a United States Air Force veteran, and the Founder of Bulwark Intelligence Solutions, with over 14 years of experience in intelligence-led security and risk management. She has supported high-level intelligence and security operations with the U.S. Department of Defense and the National Security Agency, and has been actively involved in counter-IED and counter-terrorism missions in Afghanistan. Her career reflects deep expertise in intelligence analysis, threat and risk assessment, and strategic security advisory across complex operating environments. She holds a Master’s degree in Intelligence Studies from American Military University and brings strong executive leadership, global operational insight, and a disciplined, intelligence-driven approach to security risk management and governance.

Secretary
Imeh Udofia is a seasoned Security and Safety Professional, currently the Group CSO at Leadway Assurance. He holds ASIS International’s Triple Crown (CPP, PSP, PCI), is a Certified Fraud Examiner, and NEBOSH certified. With a background in economics and an ongoing MBA, he brings expertise in risk management, intelligence, and security operations across Nigeria and West Africa.

Ifunanya Anita Maduechesi, CPP; MSIS

Treasurer
Ifunanya Anita Maduechesi is a Certified Senior Security and Risk Management professional with over 8 years of experience across West Africa. She currently serves as Security Risk Manager at GMT Nigeria Limited, providing strategic oversight for enterprise security, risk governance, asset protection, and operational continuity. She holds a Master’s degree in Security and Intelligence Studies and a Bachelor’s degree in History and International Relations. Anita has safeguarded assets valued at several million U.S. dollars, minimizing risk exposure and supporting business resilience. Her expertise spans enterprise risk management, investigations, governance oversight, and internal control assurance, aligning security strategy with financial sustainability. A Certified Protection Professional (CPP), Project Management Professional (PMP), HSE-certified professional, and Fellow of FIISN, she is known for her financial discipline, leadership, and commitment to accountability and sound governance.
